My Story

Hi, my name is Jessi Lynne. Thank you for looking at my photographs!! I wanted to share with you a little about myself so that you can get to know me a little bit more. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Maryland. I recently fulfilled a lifelong dream of living at the beach by moving to the beautiful town of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina with my best friend Madison. The beach is where my soul and heart find solace, and I am so grateful to be here. And photography is my voice. It's how I share my heart with the world. I love to find beauty in all places, and capture it for others to appreciate. However, my life wasn't always quite so sparkly. As a young adult, I was involved in multiple car accidents which required major neck surgery to repair my injuries in 2018. I also have been dealing with chronic pain and illness most of my life. Because of this, I have not been able to do what most everyone else is able to do. I felt left out, and so alone for many years. I yearned for sunkissed skin and salty air, while wondering if my dreams would ever come true. My closest friend was Maddie, and she's been with me through all of my ups and downs. She's a miracle dog too, ask me and I'll share her story! After years of hopeful new treatments, doctors appointments, relapses, and struggle, I began to finally see results. With the support of my loving family and friends, and a new found hope, I began to believe that I didn't have to be alone, and that I could fulfill my dreams I began to search for my new home, looking from Florida to Virginia. I eventually found a cute, beautiful, beachy town nestled on the coast of North Carolina. Here I can capture sunsets and sunrises, pets breathing in the ocean air as they play with their owners, wild horses, and all the beauty and joy possible. As my hope and strength grew, I saw new ways of using photography to share my eyes with others My voice blossomed, and I am thankful that I am now spreading my butterfly wings and soaring. I feel so FREE! Today I invite you to see what I see, beauty, love, hope, and the truth that every day is a new opportunity to be who you have always known you can be.
